中医管理措施对ICU腹胀便秘的效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Management Measures on Abdominal Distension and Constipation Patients in ICU

目的观察ICU腹胀便秘患者采用中医管理措施的效果。方法将2018年3月—2020年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的ICU腹胀便秘患者80例分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上接受中医管理措施。比较两组干前预后胃肠道症状评分、生活质量变化,干预后满意程度、临床疗效。结果干预前,两组胃肠道症状评分、精神健康评分、身体机能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组胃肠道症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),精神健康评分、身体机能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组满意度97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的82.50%(33/40);观察组总有效率92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的65.00%(26/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床ICU腹胀便秘患者干预中,中医管理措施能有效的帮助患者恢复身体各项机能,缓解胃肠道症状。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine management measures on patients with abdominal distension and constipation in ICU.Methods 80 patients with abdominal distension and constipation in ICU treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of science and technology from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine management measures on the basis of the control group.The changes of gastrointestinal symptom score,quality of life,satisfaction and clinical effect after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal symptom score,mental health score and physical function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the gastrointestinal symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the mental health score and physical function score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 82.50%(33/40)of the control group;The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 65.00%(26/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the intervention of patients with abdominal distension and constipation in clinical ICU,traditional Chinese medicine management measures can effectively help patients restore various physical functions and alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms.
