摘要
相比线上零售的巨大市场,传统超市需进行改造、升级与创新,以确保自身竞争优势。研究以中国连锁经营协会官网2021年度连锁超市创新案例为对象,运用扎根理论思想方法,借助质性分析软件Nvivo12对超市数字化转型影响因素进行分析,系统性描述了连锁超市数字化转型的驱动因素。结合企业动态能力理论,得出如下结论:在企业战略转型升级初期,市场变化驱动的影响因素较为明显,之后企业将更多关注客户体验和自身效率的提升,在实践过程中企业将实现商业模式创新,引领行业发展。
With the huge market of online retail, traditional supermarkets need to be transformed, upgraded and innovated to ensure their competitive advantage. Taking the innovation case of chain supermarkets in 2021 on the official website of China Chain Operation Association as the object, this study analyzes the influencing factors of supermarket digital transformation with the help of qualitative analysis software Nvivo12, and systematically describes the driving factors of supermarket digital transformation. Finally, combined with the theory of dynamic capabilities perspective, the following conclusions are drawn: in the initial stage of enterprise strategic transformation and upgrading, the influencing factors driven by market change are more obvious. After that, enterprises will pay more attention to the improvement of customer experience and their own efficiency. In the practice, enterprises will realize business model innovation and lead the development of the industry.
