信息通信技术创新对地区经济发展的影响研究——基于服务业集聚度的调节作用

Research on the Impact of Information and Communication Technology Innovation on Regional Economic Development——Based on the Moderating Effect of Agglomeration of Service Industries

基于中国293个地级市2005—2017年的面板数据,研究了信息通信技术创新、科技服务业集聚和生产性服务业集聚对地区经济增长及工业和服务业劳动生产率的影响。实证结果显示:信息通信技术的发展对地区经济发展存在正向影响;科技服务业集聚与生产性服务业集聚对地区经济增长、工业和服务业的劳动生产率都有正向影响;科技服务业集聚进一步促进信息通信技术创新对经济增长与劳动生产率的正向作用。本文的研究结论为依托ICT产业推动经济新常态下地区经济发展提供有益借鉴,并就如何制定生产性服务业和科技服务业的相关产业政策以更有效地调节ICT产业对地区经济发展的促进作用发挥重要的参考价值。

Based on panel data of 293 cities in China from 2005 to 2017,this paper studies the impact of the information and communication technology(ICT)innovation,the agglomeration of science and technology(S&T)service industry and the agglomeration of producer service industry on regional economic growth and labor productivity of the service industries.The empirical results show that:the development of ICT has a positive impact on regional economic development;the agglomeration of S&T service industry and the agglomeration of producer service industry have a positive impact on regional economic growth and labor productivity;and S&T service agglomeration can further promote the positive effect of ICT innovation on economic growth and labor productivity.The study provides insightful reference for regional economic development driven by ICT industries,and serves as crucial reference on how to formulate relevant industrial policies for producer services and S&T services to more effectively regulate the promoting effect of ICT industry on regional economic development.
