洗精煤在硅铁冶炼中的应用试验

APPLICATION TEST OF WASHED CLEAN COAL IN FERROSILICON SMELTING

介绍了在硅铁生产中配加使用洗精煤,通过对电耗、产量进行跟踪分析,研究配加洗精煤对硅铁生产提产增效的作用及效果。试验结果表明:洗精煤较兰炭价格略低,比电阻高,少量配加洗精煤生产技术平稳后,能够控制生产指标稳定,产量和电耗指标略优于配加兰炭,由于焦耗的增加,成本基本持平。但其固定碳较低、粒度较小,配加后烧损较大,易发生料面发黏、坩埚缩小、高温区上移的问题,在使用过程中需重点注意炉底缺碳的问题。

The paper introduces the addition of washed clean coal in ferrosilicon production.Through the tracking a-nalysis of power consumption and output,the effects of adding washed clean coal on increasing production and efficien-cy in ferrosilicon production are studied.The test results show that the price of washed clean coal is slightly lower than that of semi-coke,with high specific resistance.Adding a small amount of washed clean coal can stabilize the produc-tion index,and the output and power consumption indices are slightly better than that of semi-coke.Due to the increase of coke consumption,the cost is basically flat.Due to the low fixed carbon,small particle size and large burning loss of washed clean coal after mixing,it is easy to cause the problems of charge level sticking,crucible shrinking and high-temperature zone moving up.In the process of use,it is necessary to pay special attention to the problem of carbon de-ficiency at the bottom of the furnace.
