48MVA镍铁电炉冶炼项目RKEF方案设计

摘要 介绍了RKEF火法镍铁冶炼工艺方案已经得到行业认可,并在国内外多家企业得到大规模应用。目前主流方案还是停留在33 MVA电炉设备生产规模,48 MVA电炉设备生产规模在个别企业得到应用,并取得了良好的经济效益。重点介绍了国内生产最大规模的48 MVA电炉RKEF工艺方案,助力行业向更先进的方案和设备发展。 The RKEF pyrometallurgical ferronickel smelting process scheme has been recognized by the industry and has been applied on a large scale in many enterprises at home and abroad.At present,the mainstream scheme still stays at the production scale of 33 MVA electric furnace equipment,and the production scale of 48 MVA electric fur-nace equipment has been applied in individual enterprises and achieved good economic benefits.It comprehensively in-troduces the RKEF process scheme of 48 MVA electric furnace with the largest scale in China,so as to help the indus-try to develop to more advanced schemes and equipment.
