RKEF镍铁工艺烟气处理优化设计

摘要 结合某镍铁企业实际情况,对现有烟气处理工艺中各关键环节进行了优化设计。结果表明,排放尾气中SO_(2)浓度≤35 mg/Nm^(3),烟尘浓度≤10 mg/Nm^(3),NO_(x)浓度≤50 mg/Nm^(3),物料消耗及运行成本显著降低,达到了节能减排的效果。 Combined with the actual situation of ferronickel enterprise,the key links of the existing flue gas treatment process were optimized.The results show that the SO_(2) concentration in exhaust gas≤35 mg/Nm^(3),the flue dust con-centration≤10 mg/Nm^(3),the NO_(x) concentration≤50 mg/Nm^(3),the material consumption and operation cost are significantly reduced,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.
