摘要
量子点(Quantum dots,QDs)通常由II-Ⅵ族或Ⅲ-Ⅴ族元素组成,其形貌一般为球形或类球形,是过去20多年分析传感领域研究最受关注的一类发光半导体纳米材料。硒化镉量子点(CdSe QDs)是由Cd/Se核和Zn/S涂层形成的发光半导体纳米粒子,由于其独特的物理特性和光学特性,已成为生物分析、生物成像研究中最有价值的纳米探针之一。基于此,结合国内外相关研究,简要介绍了CdSe QDs的功能特性,总结了CdSe QDs的制备方法,最后分析了其在食品安全检测中的研究与应用现状,并探讨了CdSe QDs在食品领域应用面临的机遇和挑战,为其在食品及相关领域中的进一步应用提供新思路。
Quantum dots(QDs)are usually composed of groupⅡ-Ⅵor groupⅢ-V elements,with spherical or quasi-spherical morphology.As a kind of luminescent semiconductor nanomaterials,QDs have attracted much attention in the field of analysis and sensing in the past two decades.Cadmium selenide QDs(CdSe QDs)are a kind of luminescent semiconductor nanoparticles which are composed of a Cd/Se core and a Zn/S coating.CdSe QDs have become one of the most valuable probes in biological analysis and biological imaging due to their unique physical and optical properties.In this review,we firstly introduce the functional properties and the preparation methods of CdSe QDs,and then summarize their applications in the field of food safety.Furthermore,we discuss the future perspectives and challenges associated with CdSe QDs in the field of food safety detection,which provides new ideas for the further applications of CdSe QDs in related fields.
