摘要
为了研究MMC型变流器发生永久性直流双极短路的故障特性,对直流短路电流峰值、稳态直流短路电流以及二者差值这3个主要特征量进行分析。首先,推导了稳态直流短路电流的表达式,并给出了峰值与稳态值二者差值的关系式;然后,通过仿真验证了3个故障特征量与主电路参数间的对应关系,并在此基础上阐明了MMC型变流器永久性直流短路故障电流的主要构成。
The DC short circuit peak current,steady DC short circuit current and their difference were analyzed in order to study the permanent DC bipolar short circuit fault characteristics of MMC converter.Firstly,the expression of steady-state DC short circuit current was deduced,and then the relation of the difference between peak value and steady-state value was given.Finally,the corresponding relationship between the three fault characteristics and the parameters of the main circuit was verified by simulation,and the main components of the permanent DC short circuit fault current of the MMC converter were explained.
