临床医学院教学查房设计规范化的实践 被引量:5

Practice of Standardization of Teaching Ward Round Basing on Normative Instructional Design

摘要 目的 探索规范化教学查房模式,评估其教学效果。方法 将某院2014级中医学五年制实习生共112人作为研究对象,2019年8月27日-2019年9月30日55位学生作为对照组,2019年10月8日-2019年11月11日57位学生作为试验组。学生入科第2~4周,试验组根据规范化的教学查房设计方案进行每周1次教学查房,对照组按照传统方法进行每周1次查房。学生入科第5周进行学生教学查房满意度调查和出科考核。结果 试验组学生对教师教学的总满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-7.063,P<0.05)。试验组学生出科考核成绩明显高于对照组(t=10.541,P<0.05)。结论 规范教学查房,可以明显改善教学查房效果,提高临床实践教学质量。 Objective To explore standardization of teaching ward round and evaluate its teaching effectiveness.Methods A total of 112 interns majored in TCM of some hospital were divided into 2 groups,in which 57 interns from October 8 th to November 11 th,2019 were included in the experimental group and 55 interns of the above 11 departments from August 27 th to September 30 th,2019 in the control group.Teaching ward rounds based on the normative instructional design were conducted in the experimental group once a week from week 2 to week 4,while teaching rounds adopting traditional teaching procedure in the control group.The satisfaction of the teaching rounds surveyed in the 112 subjects and the examination scores of the interns after 5-week internship were calculated and analyzed.Results The teaching satisfaction in the experimental student group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=-7.063,P<0.05).The interns’ examination scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=10.541,P<0.05).Conclusion Normative instructional design may enhance effectiveness of teaching ward round and promote clinical teaching.
