焦作市某三甲医院2016年-2020年恶性肿瘤死亡病例统计

Statistical Analysis of Malignant Tumor Death Cases in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Jiaozuo City from 2016 to 2020

目的 通过分析焦作市某三甲医院恶性肿瘤死亡病例的性别、年龄、死因等特征,为医院提高恶性肿瘤疾病诊疗水平、降低恶性肿瘤病死率、提高医疗质量管理提供依据。方法 采用回顾性研究方法通过病案管理系统导出2016年1月1日-2020年12月31日所有住院患者信息,选取主要诊断为恶性肿瘤国际疾病诊断分类ICD-10编码为C00-97的患者16 825例,其中死亡病例779例,采用SPSS24.0对患者一般情况、年龄、性别、病死率、死因顺位等数据进行统计分析。结果 某院恶性肿瘤住院病例病死率为4.63%;死亡病例集中在40岁~90岁年龄段,占比高达95.12%;恶性肿瘤死因顺位前5位依次为气管支气管肺恶性肿瘤(27.21%)、肝及肝内胆管恶性肿瘤(12.32%)、胃恶性肿瘤(9.88%)、食管恶性肿瘤(7.57%)、结肠盲肠恶性肿瘤(5.65%);男性死亡率明显高于女性,χ2=52.585,P<0.01,具有统计学差异。结论 恶性肿瘤死亡病例主要集中在40岁以上人群,气管支气管肺恶性肿瘤居恶性肿瘤死因首位,消化系统恶性肿瘤次之。医院需加强呼吸系统、消化系统恶性肿瘤疾病的预防与治疗,以期降低恶性肿瘤患者死亡率。

Objectives By analyzing the sex,age and cause of death of malignant tumor cases in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Jiaozuo city,this paper provided the basis for improving the diagnosis and treatment level of malignant tumor disease,reducing the mortality rate of malignant tumor and improving medical quality management.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to derive all inpatients’ information from January 1st,2016 to December 31st,2020 through the medical records management system,according to ICD-10,16825 patients with malignant tumor were selected,among which 779 died,SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the data of general condition,age,sex,mortality and the order of death causes.Results The mortality rate of inpatients with malignant tumor was 4.63%,and the death rate was 95.12% in 40~90 years old The top five causes of death of malignant tumors were:Malignant tumor of Trachea,bronchus and lung(27.21%),malignant tumor of liver and intrahepatic bile duct(12.32%),malignant tumor of stomach(9.88%),malignant tumor of esophagus(7.57%),malignant tumor of colon and cecum(5.65%) The mortality of male was significantly higher than that of female(χ2= 52.585,P<0.01).Conclusions The death of malignant tumor patients had the characteristics of sex,age and cancer type.The death cases were mainly concentrated in people over 40 years old.The malignant tumor of Trachea,bronchus and lung was the first death cause of malignant tumor,and the malignant tumor of digestive system was the second.The hospital needed to pay more attention to the patients with malignant tumors,strengthen the prevention and treatment of malignant diseases of the respiratory system and digestive system,pay more attention to the nursing and treatment of patients with malignant tumors,and reduce the death rate.
