摘要
目的 通过实习班每周集中病例汇报和讨论活动即周返校活动,探讨提高医学生综合能力,提升毕业实习成效的方法。方法 在2017年7月31日-2019年6月30日参加毕业实习的116名学生中,将开展周返校活动的59人纳入实验组,未开展活动的57人纳入对照组;对比2组实习问卷调查与定性访谈的结果,比较2组的国家执业医师资格考试通过率,并通过Mann-WhitneyU检验进行成绩数据分析。结果实验组问卷调查各项满意度高于对照组2.0到10.7个百分点;访谈中对照组认为存在诸多问题影响自身实习质量,实验组认为周返校活动可以提升自身综合能力、提高实习成效;实验组考试通过率比对照组高3.7%,成绩分析U=1149.000,W=2802.000,Z=-2.941,P=0.003,实验组考试成绩显著高于对照组。结论 周返校活动可以为实习生提供更多锻炼机会,切实提高基本知识技能,增加临床思维训练,提高沟通、分析与解决问题的综合能力,提升毕业实习成效。
Objectives Through weekly intensive case report and discussion activities through the internship class were weekly back-to-school activities,to explore the methods to improve the comprehensive ability of medical students and the effect of graduation practice.Methods Among the 116 students who participated in the graduation internship from July 31st,2017 to June 30th,2019,59 students who carried out weekly back-to-school activities were included in the experimental group,and 57 students who did not carry out the activities were included in the control group.The results of the two groups of internship questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews were compared,the passing rates of the national medical qualification examinations of the two groups were compared,and the score data was analyzed by the Mann-Whitney U test.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group’s questionnaire survey was 2.0 to 10.7 percentage points higher than that of the control group,during the interview,the control group believed that there were many problems that affected the quality of their internships,and the experimental group believed that the week back-to-school activity could improve their comprehensive ability and improve the effectiveness of internship.The test pass rate of the experimental group was 3.7 percentage points higher than that of the control group,and the score analysis U value was 1149.000,W value was 2802.000,Z statistic was-2.941,P=0.003,the test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions The week back-to-school activity could provide students with more exercise opportunities,effectively improve basic knowledge and skills,increase clinical thinking training,improve communication,analysis and problem-solving capabilities,and enhance the effectiveness of graduation internships.
