LncRNA NEAT1在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病中作用机制研究进展

摘要 随着二代测序技术的不断发展,研究发现基因组序列转录成长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)参与心血管疾病发生发展,核内富集转录物1(nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1,NEAT1)是11号染色体转录的LncRNA,在基因表达调控中起着重要作用,广泛参与调控个体的生长发育以及细胞分化、增殖、凋亡等生命活动,广泛参与机体的生理及各种疾病的病理过程。近年来研究发现,LncRNA NEAT1参与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病发生发展过程。本研究主要就LncRNA NEAT1在动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用机制进行综述,以期为心血管疾病的诊疗提供潜在靶点和新的诊疗思路。 With the continuous development of second-generation sequencing technology,it has been found that long non-coding RNA(Lnc RNA)is involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1(NEAT1)is a Lnc RNA transcribed on chromosome 11,which plays an important role in gene expression regulation and is widely involved in regulating individual growth and development,cell differentiation,proliferation,apoptosis and other life activities,and also widely involved in body physiology and pathological processes of various diseases.In recent years,studies have found that LncRNA NEAT1 is involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.This paper mainly reviews the actionmechanism of LncRNA NEAT1 in atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease,in order to provide potential targets and new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
