案例教学法结合老年综合评估在老年医学教学中的应用 被引量:3

Application of Case Teaching Combined with Comprehensive Evaluation of the Elderly in the Teaching of Geriatrics

摘要 目的 探讨案例教学法结合老年综合评估在老年医学教学中的应用,提高老年医学的教学效果。方法 选取某医学院2019年9月1日至2020年7月1日和2020年9月1日至2021年7月1日选修老年医学的学生各50名,根据选修时间分为对照组和实验组,分别实施单纯的案例教学法和案例教学法结合老年综合评估,对教学效果通过理论知识考试、临床技能考核和问卷调查相结合的方式进行评估。结果采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行数据分析,计量资料数据用均数±标准差(x±s)进行描述,两组间比较采用独立样本的t检验方法,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 比较两组学生在临床教学考试成绩评定中,实验组学生理论知识考试成绩平均分值为84.9±2.8分,对照组学生理论知识考试成绩平均分值为84.0±2.6分,理论成绩方面差异无统计学意义(P=0.18),实验组学生临床综合技能测试成绩平均分值为88.7±5.7分,对照组学生临床综合技能测试成绩平均分值为81.2±4.1分,临床综合能力成绩案例教学法结合老年综合评估组明显优于单纯的案例教学法组,提高了学生知识的临床应用能力,锻炼了临床问诊、查体及沟通能力,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)(见表2)。结论 案例教学法结合老年综合评估比单纯的案例教学法能有效地提高临床医学实习生的医患沟通技巧和临床综合能力。 Objective To explore the application of case teaching method combined with comprehensive evaluation of the elderly in the teaching of geriatrics and improve the teaching effect of geriatrics.Methods Select 50students from a medical school from September 1,2019 to July 1,2020 and from September 1,2020 to July 1,2021,each of whom will elect to study geriatrics.According to the elective time,they will be divided into a control group and a control group.The experimental group implemented pure case teaching method and case teaching method combined with comprehensive evaluation of the elderly,and evaluated the teaching effect through a combination of theoretical knowledge examination,clinical skill assessment and questionnaire survey.Results SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Measurement data were described by mean±standard deviation(x±s).The independent sample t test method was used for comparison between the two groups,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Learn meaning.Results Comparing the clinical teaching test scores of the two groups of students,the experimental group had an average score of 84.9±2.8 on the theoretical knowledge test,and the control group had an average score of 84.0±2.6 on the theoretical knowledge test.There was a difference in theoretical scores.There was no statistical significance(P=0.18).The average score of clinical comprehensive skill test scores of experimental group students was 88.7±5.7 points,and the average score of clinical comprehensive skills test scores of control group students was 81.2±4.1 points.Case teaching The method combined with the elderly comprehensive assessment group was significantly better than the case-based teaching method group,which improved the students’ ability in clinical application of knowledge,exercised clinical inquiry,physical examination,and communication skills.The difference was statistically significant(P=0.002)(see table-2).Conclusions The case teaching method combined with the comprehensive assessment of the elderly can effectively improve the doctor-patient communication skills and clinical comprehensive ability of clinical medical interns than the simple case teaching method.
