红色文化是中国共产党人在马克思主义的指导下,在实现初心使命的过程中形成和发展起来的,包含红色物质文化、红色精神文化和红色制度文化。将红色文化融入高职院校思想政治教育中,有助于筑牢正确的育人导向,营造良好育人环境,打造特色育人内容,丰富多元育人载体。高职院校思想政治教育工作要加强建设红色文化研究体系,筑牢学理支撑;打造红色文化课堂教学体系,充分发挥思政课的主渠道作用;完善红色文化宣传长效机制,形成良好宣传态势;健全红色文化保障机制,保证红色文化资政育人的实效性,从而提升高职院校思想政治教育水平。
