摘要
淫羊藿黄酮可以提高大鼠血清睾酮水平,是淫羊藿黄酮抗疲劳的机理之一。以淫羊藿为原料,经水提、醇沉,AB-8大孔树脂纯化制备淫羊藿黄酮,用淫羊藿黄酮水喂养大鼠,研究淫羊藿黄酮对大鼠血清内源睾酮水平的影响。结果表明,淫羊藿黄酮水提得率为5.65%,醇沉后得率为4.57%,大孔树脂AB-8纯化淫羊藿黄酮得率为77.52%;浓度提高5.1倍,纯化后黄酮得率为3.55%。淫羊藿黄酮水喂养大鼠30天,大鼠血清中内源睾酮水平都有不同程度的提升,与对照组相比最高提升6.468 pmol/mL。
The flavone of epimedium can increase the level of endogenous testosterone in rat serum,and it is one of the anti-fatigue mechanisms of epimedium flavone.Using Epimedium as raw material,epimedium flavone was prepared by water extraction,alcohol precipitation and purification with AB-8 macroporous resin.Epimedium flavone was fed to rats with water to study the effect of epimedium flavone on the endogenous testosterone level of rat serum.The results showed that the water extraction yield of epimedium flavone was 5.65%,the yield after alcohol precipitation was 4.57%,the yield after macroporous resin AB-8 was 77.52%,the concentration was increased by 5.1 times,and the yield after purification was 3.55%.The level of endogenous testosterone in the serum of the rats fed with epimedium flavone water for 30 days increased to different degrees,with the highest increase of 6.468pmol/mL compared with the control group.
