卵巢静脉内血管平滑肌瘤的超声诊断价值

Ultrasound Diagnosis Value of Ovarian Venous Angioleiomyoma

目的探讨起源于卵巢静脉血管累及下腔静脉并延续至右心房平滑肌瘤的超声诊断价值.方法根据患者的超声声像图并结合相关文献,分析静脉内血管平滑肌瘤(intravenous leiomyomatosis,IVL)的超声诊断特点.结果超声显示IVL病灶呈中等回声,沿静脉生长,累及之处静脉增宽,并沿下腔静脉延续,一直延伸至右心房,呈稍强回声包块,超声可追溯IVL的来源.结论IVL是一种罕见的静脉系统良性肿瘤,超声检查能够明确肿瘤是否侵犯下腔静脉或右心房,对IVL的早期诊断、治疗及改善预后具有重要价值.

Objective To investigate the ultrasound diagnosis value of angioleiomyoma originating from ovarian vein involving inferior vena cava and extending to right atrium.Method The characteristics of ultrasound diagnosis of intravenous leiomyomatosis were analyzed according to ultrasonic image and relative references.Results Ultrasound examination showed that IVL lesions were moderately echoic and grew along the veins,which led to the widening of the involved veins,and continued along the inferior vena cava,reaching to the right atrium,showing a slightly strong echo mass.Ultrasound can trace its origin.Conclusion IVL is a rare benign tumor of venous system.Ultrasound examination can determine whether the tumor has invaded the inferior vena cava or right atrium,which plays an important role in the early diagnosis,treatment and improvement of prognosis of IVL.
