牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病变的临床疗效

Effect of Pulp Revascularization in Treatment of Periapical Lesions of Young Permanent Teeth

目的探讨牙髓血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病变的临床疗效.方法将60例年轻恒牙根尖周病变患儿随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组接受根尖诱导成形术,观察组接受牙髓血运重建术,比较两组临床疗效及牙根长度增加百分率、根尖孔直径缩小百分率、放射性牙根面积增加百分率.结果与对照组比较,术后12个月,观察组有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%)(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);观察组牙根长度增加百分率、根尖孔直径缩小百分率、放射性牙根面积增加百分率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论牙髓血运重建术在治疗年轻恒牙根尖周病变方面效果更佳,不但可以缩窄根尖孔,促进牙根生长,同时还可增加牙根面积.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pulp revascularization in the treatment of periapical lesions of young permanent teeth.Method The young permanent teeth of 60 children with periapical lesions were divided into control groups and observation group randomly.The control group was treated with apical induction plasty and the observation group received pulp revascularization.The clinical efficacy,the changes of root length,apical pore diameter and radioactive root area were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group after 12 months operation(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%);The percentage increase in root length,the percentage reduction in apical foramen diameter,and the percentage increase in radioactive root area in the observation group were also higher than those in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulp revascularization has a better effect in the treatment of periapical periodontitis of young permanent teeth.It can close the apical hole,promote root elongation and increase root area.
