妊娠期乙型肝炎患者血清免疫因子检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of detecting serum immune factors in pregnant women with hepatitis B

目的 探讨妊娠期乙型肝炎患者免疫球蛋白lgE、lgM、lgA、lgG和补体C3、C4与C反应蛋白(CRP)等免疫因子水平的变化,了解免疫因子之间及它们与疾病的关系。方法 用免疫凝集法检测31例妊娠期乙型肝炎患者和20例健康孕妇血浆中的免疫因子。结果 妊娠期乙型肝炎患者的lgE、lgM、lgA、lgG、C3、C4和CRP水平明显高于健康孕妇。结论 免疫因子的检测有助于了解妊娠期乙型肝炎患者病情,对于指导治疗,改善预后可能具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the changes of immune factors such as immunoglobulin lgE,lgM,lgA,lgG,complement C3,C4 and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with hepatitis B during pregnancy,and to understand the relationship between immune factors and disease.Methods Immune factors were detected in 31 pregnant women with hepatitis B and 20 healthy pregnant women by immunagglutination.Results The levels of lgE,lgM,lgA,lgG,C3,C4 and CRP in hepatitis B patients during pregnancy were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women.Conclusion The detection of immune factors is helpful to understand the condition of patients with hepatitis B during pregnancy.It may have important clinical value for guiding treatment and improving prognosis.
