免疫荧光法与电化学发光法对降钙素原检测的相关性和一致性评价

摘要 目的 对免疫荧光法与电化学发光法在定量检测降钙素原(PCT)上的相关性和一致性进行分析探讨。方法 免疫荧光法采用Mlabs-m-20荧光免疫检测仪作为比对方法,电化学发光法采用Roche-e601全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪作为参考方法,对患者血清PCT进行检测,计算相关系数和直线回归方程,评估两种检测系统之间的相关性和一致性。结果 两种检测系统所得的结果一致性非常好,Kappa值为0.848(P<0.01);相关性在低值处较好(r=0.94068),中值处非常好(r=0.97445),高值处较差(r=0.71780)。结论 免疫荧光法在一定范围内能达到电化学法效能,但因其快速方便能满足临床床旁检测,帮助临床科室进行快速诊断与鉴别诊断。 Objective To Analyze the correlation and consistency between immunofluorescence and electrochemiluminescence in quantitative determination of procalcitonin(PCT).WT5HZMethods Mlabs-m-20 fluorescence immunoassay instrument was used as the comparison method,Roche-e601 automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay instrument was used as reference method,Serum PCT was detected in patients,The correlation Coefficient and linear regression equation were calculated to evaluate the correlation and consistency between the two detection systems.Results The results obtained by the two detection systems are very consistent,The Kappa value was 0.848(P<0.01).The correlation was good at the low value(r=0.94068),very good at the middle value(r=0.97445)and bad at the high value(r=0.71780).Conclusion Immunofluorescence method can reach the effect of electrochemical method in a certain range,but it can meet the need of clinical examination and help clinical departments to make rapid diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
