妊娠期血常规各项指标生理变化分析

Analysis of physiological changes of blood routine indexes during pregnancy

目的 探讨妊娠期血常规各项指标的生理性变化,对比妊娠期与非妊娠期血常规参考范围,建立适合孕妇的血常规参考范围,更好地帮助临床医生进行诊断治疗,确保优生优育。方法 随机抽取2021年1-12月来该院产科进行检查的120例妊娠期妇女,对其血常规结果进行回顾性分析。结果 妊娠期白细胞及中性粒细胞水平增高,白细胞中位数高达12.2×10^(9)/L,中性粒细胞中位数高达9.85×10^(9)/L,均为非妊娠期的2倍左右。同时还应注意妊娠期贫血的发生及血小板的改变。结论 妊娠期孕妇机体发生了显著的生理性改变,健康成年人的血常规部分参考范围已不适用于孕妇,应了解妊娠期血常规各项指标的生理性改变,建立专门的妊娠期血常规参考范围。

Objective To explore the physiological changes of various indicators of blood routine during pregnancy,to compare the reference range of blood routine during pregnancy and non-pregnancy,and to establish a reference range of blood routine suitable for pregnant women,so as to better help clinicians diagnose and treat,and ensure healthy birth and fertility.Methods One hundred and twenty cases who came to the Chifeng Maternity Hospital for obstetric examination from January 1,2021 to December 31,2021 were randomly selected,and their blood routine results were analyzed retrospectively.Results The levels of white blood cells and neutrophils increased during pregnancy,and the median of white blood cells and neutrophils were as high as 12.2×10^(9)/L and 9.85×10^(9)/L,which were about two times of those in non-pregnancy.At the same time,attention should be paid to the occurrence of pregnancy anemia and platelet changes.Conclusion There are significant physiological changes in pregnant women during pregnancy,and some reference ranges of blood routine of healthy adults are no longer applicable to pregnant women.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the physiological changes of various indicators of blood routine during pregnancy and establish a special reference range of blood routine during pregnancy.
