摘要
为研究提高新品种九龙山杜鹃种子的发芽率的途径与方法,本试验以贵州百里杜鹃地区采集的野生九龙山杜鹃种子为试验材料,通过不同浓度的NAA、GA_(3)、6-BA、IAA四种单一激素、不同浓度的两种混合溶液对种子进行处理,研究不同处理对九龙山种子发芽率与成苗率的影响。结果表明,用NAA溶液处理对九龙山种子的萌发有抑制作用;低浓度下的GA_(3)溶液、IAA溶液对九龙山杜鹃种子萌发均有促进作用,其中1000 mg/L的GA_(3)溶液促进萌发的作用最为明显,发芽时间缩短,相比对照组发芽率提高;一定范围内的6-BA溶液对九龙山杜鹃种子的萌发没有显著的影响,浓度过高会完全抑制其萌发;浓度为1 mg/L的IAA溶液能促进九龙山杜鹃种子的萌发,浓度低于或高于1 mg/L对九龙山种子萌发都有抑制作用;NAA与6-BA、NAA与GA_(3)两种混合激素溶液均对九龙山杜鹃种子萌发均有抑制作用。通过不同浓度的不同激素溶液对九龙山杜鹃种子进行处理,旨在为新品种开花较晚的九龙山杜鹃的开发利用提供科学依据。
The research of improving the germination rate of new varieties Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds,this experiment used wild Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds which was collected from Baili Rhododendron area in Guizhou as experimental materials.A single hormone and two mixed solutions of different concentrations were used to treat the seeds,and the effects of different treatments on the germination rate and seedling rate of Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds were studied.The experimental results showed that NAA solution could inhibit the germination of Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds;The GA_(3) solution and IAA solution at low concentration all promoted the germination of Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds.Among them,the 1000 mg/L GA_(3) solution had the most obvious effect on germination,the germination time was shortened,and the germination rate was increased comparing with the control group;The 6-BA solution in a certain range has no significant effect on the germination of Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds.Excessive concentration will completely inhibit its germination.Both NAA and 6-BA,NAA and GA_(3) mixed hormone solutions can inhibit the seed germination of Rhododendron jiulongshanense.The treatments of Rhododendron jiulongshanense seeds with different concentrations and different hormone solutions were intended to provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of new varieties of Rhododendron jiulongshanense.
