项目管理法在健康体检高危异常结果复诊率中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨运用项目管理法在提高体检高危异常结果人群复诊率中的应用效果,为提高体检质量提供依据。方法 成立护理项目管理小组,选取某院2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日参加体检的有高危异常结果的840例参检者作为研究对象,其中2019年1月1日-2019年6月30日420例作为对照组,2019年7月1日-2019年12月31日420例作为实验组,对2组独立样本的构成比进行卡方检验,比较实施项目管理前后体检高危异常结果人群的复诊率。结果 实施项目管理后,体检高危异常人群的复诊预约率从57.1%上升到82.6%,客户满意度也从54.8%提高到了95.2%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 运用项目管理方法增强了医护人员对复诊预约健康宣教的意识,能有效提升体检高危异常结果人群的复诊率,提高了医护人员工作效率及体检客户的满意度、减少了医疗纠纷的发生率。 Objectives To explore the application effect of project management method in improving the return visit rate of high-risk abnormal results of physical examination,and provide basis for improving the quality of physical examination.Methods From January 1 st to December 31 st,2019,a nursing project management group was established,840 people with high-risk abnormal results who participated in physical examination in 2019 were selected as the research objects,420 patients from January 1 to June 30,2019 were selected as the control group,from July 1 st to December 31 st,2019,420 cases were taken as the experimental group,the statistical data of each group were input into spss22.0,and the constituent ratio of two groups of independent samples was tested by Chi-square test,to compare the return visit rate of high-risk abnormal results of physical examination before and after the implementation of project management.Results After the implementation of project management,the appointment rate of high-risk group increased from 57.1% to 82.6%,customer satisfaction also increased from 54.8% to 95.2%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The project management method was used to enhance the awareness of health education of the medical staff,it could effectively improve the return visit rate of people with high-risk abnormal results in physical examination,improve the work efficiency and customer satisfaction,reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
