为实现对医疗安全事件进行严格管理和监控,持续改进质量,保证患者安全,提升患者满意度,某院根据国家相关法律法规,开发设计医疗安全事件管理系统,借助信息化手段,对医疗安全事件进行闭环管理。系统设计包含报告、处置、质控和管理4个终端以及事件监测、事件分析、质量报告、学习中心、字典管理和系统管理6大功能模块,根据使用者权限和职责提供服务。系统的开发与应用,实现了医疗安全事件的预防、发现、报告、处置、评价、统计、分析、改进等全过程管理,有利于医院开展标准化、统一化、专业化、智能化的质量监督管理和持续改进。

In order to manage and monitor the process of medical safety adverse events strictly,improve quality continuously,ensure patient safety and improve patient satisfaction.According to national laws and regulations,Our hospital design the medical safety adverse event management system.With the help of information technology,the whole process of closed-loop management of adverse events was completed.The system design includes four terminals:report,disposal,quality control and management,and six functional modules,including event monitoring,event analysis,quality report,learning center,dictionary management and system management,which provide services according to user authority and responsibilities.The development and application of the system can realize prevention,discovery,reporting,disposal,evaluation,statistics,analysis and improvement of adverse events,meanwhile,facilitate medical institutions to carry out standardized,unified,specialized and intelligent hospital quality supervision and improvement.
