摘要
采用社会支持量表、心理控制源量表和公务员工作满意度量表,以问卷调查的形式收集数据,对数据进行分析后探讨公务员社会支持、心理控制源与工作满意度的关系及作用机制,即公务员社会支持与工作满意度呈正相关;公务员心理控制源与工作满意度呈负相关。心理控制源在公务员社会支持和工作满意度之间存在部分中介效应。
The social support scale,psychological control source scale and civil service job satisfaction scale were used to collect data in the form of questionnaire survey.After analyzing the data,the relationship and mechanism of civil service social support,psychological control source and job satisfaction were discussed,namely,civil service social support and job satisfaction were positively correlated in this paper.The locus of control is negatively correlated with job satisfaction.Psychological locus of control has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between civil servants’social support and job satisfaction.
