猫瘟是由猫泛白细胞减少症病毒引起的一种导致猫科动物出现机体发热、呕吐及肠道炎症疾病的常见传染性疾病,患病动物还会出现机体白细胞减少的特征症状。猫瘟疾病导致的死亡率较高,且猫瘟疾病在猫科动物之间传染性极强,也易导致幼龄猫科动物死亡的情况。该病目前尚无特效药物治疗,最好的方案是通过定期免疫接种预防发病。该文主要论述一例猫瘟的诊断与治疗。根据患猫的临床症状、猫瘟病毒抗原快速检测试纸及血常规检查结果综合确诊为猫瘟,随后采取补充能量、消炎、调节电解质、抗病毒等方案进行综合治疗,以期为同行提供参考。
