创伤与信息创伤:医学人类学视域下的仪式治疗新解

Trauma and Information Trauma: A New Interpretation of Ritual Therapy from the Perspective of Medical Anthropology

从医学人类学的视域,对信息创伤与信息疗法的学理基础展开解读以揭示仪式治疗的科学依据。认为人类大脑的功能属性决定了对其可能造成创伤的外部因素构成中,除了病毒及物理破坏力之外,不良信息也将成为导致大脑受创的重要因素;当高强度不良信息的突然输入对大脑中枢神经系统产生了脉冲式撞击时,就形成信息创伤。仪式,正是强大信息流得以产生的文化场景。因而仪式治疗本质是信息疗法。鉴于不同主体对同一信息的感知(应)不同,决定了相同的仪式实践模式,对不同患者可能产生不同的信息治疗效果。

From the perspective of medical anthropology,the author interprets the theoretical basis of information trauma and information therapy to suggest the scientific basis of ritual therapy.It is believed that the functional properties of human brain determine the composition of external factors that may cause trauma.Besides virus and physical destructive force,adverse information will also become an important factor leading to brain injury.When the sudden input of high intensity bad information to the central nervous system of the brain pulse impact,information trauma is formed.Rituals are the cultural scenes in which powerful information flows are generated.Therefore,the essence of ritual therapy is information therapy.Given that different subjects have different perceptions of the same information,which determines the same ritual practice mode,different information treatment effects may be produced for different patients.
