光动力疗法联合点阵铒激光治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊炎疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Photodynamic Therapy Combined with Fractional Er:YAG Laser in the Treatment of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suffodiens

目的:探讨光动力疗法(PDT)联合点阵铒激光治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊炎(PCAS)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年7月于笔者医院就诊的PCAS患者78例,随机分为单一组及联合组,各39例。单一组单纯应用PDT进行治疗,联合组应用PDT联合点阵铒激光进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、皮损评分、不良反应、生活质量及满意度情况。结果:联合组总有效率(92.31%)高于单一组(74.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组各项生活质量评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组总满意度(84.62%)高于单一组(64.10%,P<0.05)。结论:PDT联合点阵铒激光治疗PCAS具有良好的疗效,可改善皮损情况,提高生活质量,且安全性好,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT)combined with fractional Er:YAG laser in the treatment of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens(PCAS).Methods Total of 78 patients with PCAS who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into a single group(n=39)and a combined group(n=39).The single group was treated with PDT alone,and the combined group was treated with PDT combined with fractional Er:YAG laser.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion scores,adverse reactions,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group(92.31%)was higher than that of the single group(74.36%,P<0.05).After treatment,the skin lesion scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the single group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the combined group(84.62%)was higher than that of the single group(64.10%,P<0.05).Conclusion PDT combined with fractional Er:YAG laser has good curative effect in the treatment of PCAS,which can improve the skin lesions,improve the quality of life,and has good safety and high patient satisfaction.
