颞部小切口除皱术联合鱼骨线对面部年轻化的临床效果及复发率分析

Clinical Effect and Recurrence Rate of Temporal Small Incision Rhytidectomy Combined with Fishbone Suture in Facial Rejuvenation

目的:探讨颞部小切口除皱术联合鱼骨线对面部年轻化的临床效果及复发率情况。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月于笔者医院进行治疗的面部老化患者159例,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,分别73例和86例。对照组予以颞部小切口除皱术,观察组在此基础上联合使用鱼骨线。观察并比较两组临床疗效、术后并发症发生率及复发率。结果:观察组面部衰老完全改善率为52.33%,显著高于对照组的32.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组面部衰老评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率及术后6个月、12个月、18个月的复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颞部小切口除皱术联合鱼骨线在面部年轻化治疗中效果更好,术后并发症及远期复发率更低,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To clinical the effect and recurrence rate of temporal small incision rhytidectomy combined with fishbone suture in facial rejuvenation.Methods 159 cases of aging face patients who were treated in our hospital between January 2016 and January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment methods of patients,with 73 cases and 86 cases respectively.Patients in the control group were treated with temporal small incision rhytidectomy,while patients in the observation group were treated with fishbone suture.The clinical efficacy,incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The complete improvement rate of facial aging in the observation group was 52.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group(32.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial aging score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate at 6,12 and 18 months in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The temporal small incision rhytidectomy combined with fishbone suture is more effective in the treatment of facial rejuvenation,with lower postoperative complications and long-term recurrence rate,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
