摘要
随着口腔粘接技术的发展,牙本质粘接系统在简化操作的基础上,相关性能不断提高,临床运用越来越广泛,是目前研究的热点。牙本质粘接主要是基于混合层(Hybrid layer)和树脂突(Resin tag)的结构基础上,粘接剂能否有效渗入牙本质胶原纤维网中,并与残留的羟基磷灰石融合形成完全的聚合反应,稳定的混合层是实现高质量粘接的关键。本文对如何改善粘接剂渗透作用的研究作一综述,为临床粘接剂的应用提供参考。
With the development of oral adhesive technology,the dentin adhesive system has been widely used in clinical practice and its related performance has been improved on the basis of simplified operation.Dentin bonding is mainly based on the hybrid layer and resin tag structure.Whether the adhesive can effectively penetrate into the collagen fiber network of dentin and fuse with the residual hydroxyapatite to form a fully polymerized and stable mixed layer is the key to obtain high-quality bonding.This article reviews the research on how to improve the penetration of adhesives and provides reference for the clinical application of adhesives.
