摘要
将矿渣、硅灰作为外掺材料,与水泥以一定比例相混合而制成新型CG-SF固化剂,并通过室内试验分析新型固化土的力学特性。用不同掺量的固化剂配制成固化土试块,观察各组CG-SF固化土在4个不同龄期的应力-应变特征,并与水泥组固化土进行对比。研究发现,新型CG-SF固化土的初期强度与固化剂掺量、养护龄期具有正相关性,且其28 d强度大于同龄期的普通水泥固化土,强度增幅也更大。新型CG-SF固化剂具有使土体初期强度增长加快、后期重量变轻的特点,节能环保性能良好,可作为黏土加固的优选材料。
A new type of CG-SF curing agent is prepared by mixing cement,slag and silica fume in a certain proportion.Five groups of solidified soil samples with different dosage ratios of curing agent are prepared,and the stress-strain characteristics of each sample at four different ages are observed based on the indoor unconfined compressive strength,and compared with solidified soil samples in cement group.It is found that the initial strength of the new CG-SF cured soil is positively correlated with the dosage of curing agent and age,and its value at the same age of 28 d is greater than that of ordinary cement soil,and the strength increases more.Compared with ordinary cement soil,the new CG-SF solidified soil has the characteristics of rapid strength growth in the initial stage,light weight in the later stage,and good energy conservation and environmental protection performance,which can be used as the preferred material for clay reinforcement.
