摘要
本文介绍了某型多用途重吊船通过优化系统设计及设备布置、控制电缆长度等降低电缆成本的方法研究。从岸电输入系统优化、电焊机系统设计、机舱风机变频控制设备布置、增设ICMS系统信号采集箱及优化布置、主干电缆路径优化设计、电缆敷线图精确设计、固化电缆走向、局部电缆表册编制及优化电缆切割等多种方案进行阐述,并通过最终成本降低效果进行验证,为后续产品设计降本增益提供参考和借鉴。
This paper introduces the design method of reducing the cable cost of a multi-purpose heavy lift ship by optimizing the system design and equipment layout,and controlling the cable length.Various schemes such as optimization of shore power input system,improvement of electric welding machine system design and engine room fan frequency conversion control equipment arrangement,adding ICMS system signal collection box and improving its arrangement,optimization of design of main cable path,accurate design of cable laying diagram,curing cable direction,local cable list preparation,and optimization of cable cutting are expounded,and the final cost reduction effect of them is verified to provide reference for the cost reduction of subsequent product design.
