港产城耦合协调发展评价及影响因素分析——以河北省为例

Evaluation and Influencing Factors of Port-Industry-City Coupling and Coordinated Development——Taking Hebei Province as An Example

港产城耦合协调发展是河北省沿海经济带实现构建现代化经济体系的现实需要。通过构建港产城协调发展的评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型对河北省秦皇岛市、沧州市和唐山市2008~2018年港产城协调发展情况进行实证分析,并与天津港产城协调发展情况进行比较分析。在此基础上运用Tobit回归分析方法进一步研究港产城耦合协调发展的影响因素。结果显示,河北省沿海三市均存在港产城发展协调总体水平低的情况,但具体不协调的方面各有差异。港产城耦合协调发展的主要影响因素是货物吞吐量、泊位个数、外贸进出口总额等。根据研究结果,提出相应对策。

The coupling and coordinated development of port-industry-cities is the realistic need for the modern economic system in Hebei coastal economic belt.Compared with the coordinated development of port-industry-city in Tianjin,the coordinated development of port-industry-cities in Qinhuangdao,Cangzhou and Tangshan in Hebei Province from 2008 to 2018 was analyzed with the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of port-industry-cities and the coupling coordination model.The influencing factors of the coordinated development of port-industry-cities were studied with Tobit regression analysis method.The results showed that the coordinated developments of port-industry-cities in Hebei Province are lower with different levels.The main influencing factors of the coordinated development of port-industry-cities are cargo throughput,number of berths,total import and export volume of foreign trade,etc.According to the research results,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
