为推动中国传统冰雪运动文化的发展,运用文献资料、调查研究等方法,对中国传统冰雪运动文化展开研究。认为,中国传统冰雪运动文化源于民间习俗,是人们在北方生存活动的综合体现。它具有地域性与季节性、娱乐性与技巧性、民族性与民俗性和濒危性与紧迫性特征,展现出民族传统文化的认可、非物质文化遗产和民族传统冰雪体育运动文化的延续的时代价值。表明中国传统冰雪运动文化是我国冰雪运动文化软实力建设的重要源泉,要科学规划、不断提升中国传统冰雪运动文化的现代竞争力,为更好地推动我国冰雪文化软实力的提升提供参考。

In order to promote the development of traditional Chinese traditional ice and snow sports culture,using literature and investigation and research.It is believed that the Chinese traditional ice and snow sports culture originated from folk customs and is a comprehensive embodiment of people’s survival activities in the north.It has regional and seasonal,entertainment and skill,ethnic and folk customs and endangered nature and urgency characteristics,showing the value of the recognition of traditional national culture,intangible cultural heritage and the continuation of national traditional ice and snow sports culture.This shows that the Chinese traditional ice and snow sports culture is the soft power construction of China’s ice and snow sports culture As an important source,we should make scientific planning and constantly enhance the modern competitiveness of the Chinese traditional ice and snow sports culture.
