一次性医用口罩改性沥青的流变性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 文中通过红外分析了一次性医用口罩的化学组成,以作为改性剂,制备废弃一次性医用口罩改性沥青,测试其针入度和软化点,并进行短期老化(RTFO)和长期老化(PAV).通过动态流变剪切仪(DSR)分析了未老化改性沥青、短期老化改性沥青和长期老化改性沥青的流变性能,通过红外光谱分析了其改性机理.结果表明:一次性医用口罩三层结构的化学成分组成均为聚丙烯,加入一次性医用口罩可以降低沥青的针入度,增加沥青的软化点.同时一次性医用口罩可以改善沥青的高温抗变形能力,减缓沥青的老化.红外光谱表明一次性医用口罩改性沥青主要是一个物理混溶过程. In this paper,the chemical composition of disposable medical masks,(DMMs)was studied for the first time by infrared analysis.Using disposable medical masks as modifier,the modified asphalt for discarded disposable medical masks was prepared,and its penetration and softening point were tested,and short-term aging(RTFO)and long-term aging(PAV)were carried out.The rheological properties of unaged modified asphalt,short-term aged modified asphalt and long-term aged modified asphalt were analyzed by dynamic rheological shear tester(DSR),and their modification mechanism was analyzed by infrared spectrum.The results show that the chemical composition of the three-layer structure of disposable medical masks is polypropylene.Adding disposable medical masks can reduce the penetration of asphalt and increase the softening point of asphalt.At the same time,disposable medical masks can improve the high-temperature deformation resistance of asphalt and slow down the aging of asphalt.Infrared spectrum shows that the modified asphalt of disposable medical masks is mainly a physical miscible process.
