半自磨碎磨与两段旋流器分级过程专家控制系统设计

摘要 半自磨碎磨与一段旋流器分级结合已成为典型的磨矿分级工艺流程并得到广泛应用,但SABC能耗和钢耗占生产成本的比例很高。先进的自动控制系统对提高过程运行效率和节能降耗具有重要作用,本文设计了半自磨碎磨与两段旋流器分级过程专家控制系统,介绍了控制系统的功能结构及主要功能的实现方法,并取得了成功应用。 The combination of SABC grinding and one-stage cyclone classification has become a typical grinding and classification process and has been widely used,However,the energy consumption and steel consumption take a large apart of the total cost in the plant.Advanced process control is significant to improve the production efficiency and save energy and steel balls.In this study,according to the characteristic of the ore of Fankou lead-zinc mine and the construction scale of the concentrator,an expert control system is designed for the SABC grinding and two-stage cyclone classification process.The structure of the expert control system and the realization method of the main functions are given.The suc cessful application has guiding and demons tration significance in domes tic lead-zinc ore beneficiation.
