摘要
通过对新型人工智能温控仪表在多用途电阻炉使用过程的研究,明确了多用途电阻炉的基本控制原理和温度均匀性影响因素。结合过程中智能温控仪表控制参数的调整,炉温均匀性测定的验证,确定了AI智能温控仪表在多用途电阻炉设备上应用推广的可行性。为多用途电阻炉智能化升级奠定了基础,为多用途电阻炉温度精准化控制和炉温均匀性调节提供了有力保障。
Through the research on the application process of the new artificial intelligence temperature control instrument in the multi-purpose resistance furnace,the basic control principle and the influencing factors of temperature uniformity of the multi-purpose resistance furnace are clarified.Combined with the adjustment of control parameters of intelligent temperature control instrument in the process and the verification of furnace temperature uniformity measurement,the feasibility of application and popularization of AI intelligent temperature control instrument in multipurpose resistance furnace equipment is determined.It lays a foundation for the intelligent upgrading of multi-purpose resistance furnace and provides a strong guarantee for the accurate temperature control and furnace temperature uniformity adjustment of multi-purpose r esistance furnace.
