摘要
以氯化钠、氯化镧溶液对天然沸石进行改性处理。结果表明,在氯化钠溶液为5%,改性沸石对氨氮的吸附效果最好,吸附率可达到56.51%;磷酸盐溶液制备pH值为9-12获得的镧改性沸石,磷的吸附率达到75.51%;对氯化钠、氯化镧改性沸石进行焙烧处理,焙烧温度为400℃制得的联合改性沸石对氨氮吸附率可达到74.2%,氯化镧焙烧联合改性沸石对磷的吸附率达到86%,较天然沸石、改性沸石均有明显提升。
The sodium chloride and barium chloride solution were used to modify the natural zeolite and optimize the modification process.The results showed that the modified zeolite had the best adsorption effect on ammonia nitrogen in sodium chloride solution,the adsorption rate of ammonia nitrogen could reach 56.51%;the pH of phosphate solution of 9-12 is prepared,the phosphorus adsorption rate reaches 75.51%.On this basis,sodium chloride and cerium chloride-modified zeolite are subjected to calcification treatment.The combined modified zeolite prepared at a calcification temperature of 400℃,the sodium chloride roasting combined with the modified zeolite has an ammonia nitrogen adsorption rate of 74.2%,and the scandium chloride roasting combined with the modified zeolite has a phosphorus adsorption rate of 86%.The effect of nitrogen and phosphorus is significantly higher than that of natural zeolites and modified zeolites.
