摘要
齿轮传动中,轮齿直接承受工作载荷的作用,其形状与尺寸对齿轮的承载能力、强度计算等方面,具有重要意义,在机械类专业高职教育教学过程中,有关齿轮基本尺寸计算,基本上都是直接运用公式运算,然而这些公式的计算推导过程却甚少涉及,为了使同学们对计算公式有一个清晰的认知,本文重点讲解标准直齿圆柱齿轮任意位置齿厚的计算推导过程。
In gear transmission,teeth directly bear working load,its shape and size of gear bearing capacity,strength calculation,in the process of mechanical professional higher vocational education,gear basic size calculation,basically directly use formula calculation,but the calculation derivation process is rarely involved,in order to make students have a clear understanding of the calculation formula,this paper focuses on the standard straight cylindrical gear at any position of tooth derivation process.
