化学品安全生产监管的主要问题及对策

Main Problems and Countermeasures of Chemical Safety Production Supervision

在危险化学品生产活动中,安全生产监管水平将直接影响到生产过程的安全性。本文采用综述分析方法,从多层面对危险化学品安全生产监管存在的问题进行分析,包括企业对安全重视度较低、安全监管准入制度不足、监管机构管理力度不足等,基于这些问题产生的原因,提出加强思想意识培养、做好制度完善工作、优化监管管理内容、提升应急救援水平等应对策略,其目的在于优化危险化学品生产环境,降低安全隐患问题的发生概率。

In the production of hazardous chemicals,the level of work safety supervision will directly affect the safety of the production process.In this paper,the review analysis method is used to analyze the problems existing in the safety production supervision of hazardous chemicals from multiple aspects,including the low attention of enterprises to safety,the insufficient safety supervision access system,the insufficient management of regulatory agencies,etc.based on the causes of these problems,countermeasures such as strengthening ideological cultivation,improving the system,optimizing the content of supervision and management,and improving the level of emergency rescue are put forward,its purpose is to optimize the production environment of hazardous chemicals and reduce the probability of potential safety problems.
