后处理厂首端锆粉末着火特性分析及预防措施

摘要 乏燃料组件在后处理厂首端剪切过程中会产生锆粉末,存在着火风险。文章针对锆粉末在空气中的着火特性及影响因素进行了研究,并探究了惰性气氛对锆粉末着火的抑制作用,结合后处理厂运行的要求,给出了首端锆粉末着火的预防措施建议。 Zirconium powder is generated during the head-end shearing of spent fuel at reprocessing plant,rising a risk of fire and explosion.This paper studies the ignition characteristics and influencing factors of zirconium powder in air,and explores the inhibitory effect of inert atmosphere on the ignition of zirconium powder.Combined with the operation requirements of the reprocessing plant,the prevention measures are given to hinder the ignition of zirconium powder at the head end.
