底板瓦斯预抽巷掘进过硬岩爆破工艺

摘要 随着时代的飞速发展,人们日常生产生活对于煤炭资源的需求越来越大,煤矿开采数量和规模因此与日俱增。但是受到煤矿复杂地质条件的影响,煤炭开采工作很难有突破性进展,底板瓦斯预抽巷是改善煤矿中煤与瓦斯突出问题的有效方式,但是在煤矿底板瓦斯预抽巷掘进过程中经常遇到十分坚硬的岩石,导致掘进机截齿严重磨损,对煤矿开采进度造成不利影响。针对这一情况施工企业可以对过硬岩进行松动爆破,让掘进机顺利通过过硬岩区域,减少掘进机的磨损。基于此,本文结合实际情况,对底板瓦斯预抽巷掘进过硬岩爆破工艺进行深入研究,并结合当下应用过程中的遇到的问题对此工艺进行改良优化,本文以此为话题展开探讨,以供参考。 With the rapid development of the times,people’s daily production and life demand for coal resources is increasing,and the number and scale of coal mining are increasing day by day.However,affected by the complex geological conditions of coal mines,it is difficult to make breakthroughs in coal mining work.Floor gas pre-draining roadway is an effective way to improve coal and gas outburst problems in coal mines.However,very hard rocks are often encountered during the excavation process of coal mine floor gas pre-drainage roadway,which leads to serious wear of the pick of the roadheader,which adversely affects the mining progress of the coal mine.In view of this situation,construction companies can loosen and blast the super hard rock,so that the roadheader can pass through the hard rock area smoothly and reduce the wear and tear of the roadheader.Based on this,combined with the actual situation,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the blasting process of sub-floor gas pre-excavation tunneling in super-hard rock,and improves and optimizes this process in combination with the problems encountered in the current application process.This paper will discuss this topic,for reference.
