摘要 氯化法钛白粉工艺是一个连续化的生产过程,经过氯化法所生产出的钛白粉质量更有所保障,化学综合性能更高,且成本价格低廉,所产生的污染废物较少,与我国可持续发展理念以及绿色文明理念相吻合。在现代工业生产中,钛白粉的应用十分广泛,而且钛白粉属于无机化学品,具有诸多应用价值。当前企业始终秉持着绿色资本的持续发展理念,但在生产钛白粉时采取氯化法对其进行处理,也会产生较低污染,因此在生产环节就应当加强管理。基于此,本文主要探究氯化法钛白粉生产工艺、生产过程及其产污环节。 The chlorination process of titanium dioxide is a continuous production process.The quality of the titanium dioxide produced by the chlorination method is more guaranteed,the comprehensive chemical performance is higher,and the cost is low,and the pollution waste generated is less,which is consistent with the concept of sustainable development in our country and the concept of green civilization.In modern industrial production,titanium dioxide is widely used,and titanium dioxide is an inorganic chemical with many application values.At present,the company always upholds the concept of sustainable development of green capital,but when the titanium dioxide is produced,the chlorination method is used to treat it,which will also produce lower pollution,so management should be strengthened in the production process.Based on this,this article mainly explores the production process,production process and pollution-producing links of chlorination titanium dioxide.
