摘要 介绍了国内外封堵机理及油基钻井液防漏堵漏技术与应用现状。封堵机理主要划分为刚性封堵理论、柔性封堵理论及提高地层承压能力理论;堵漏技术主要包括随钻防漏堵漏技术、承压堵漏技术及聚合物凝胶堵漏技术,分析了各类封堵理论与防漏堵漏技术不足,讨论了当前油基钻井液防漏堵漏发展所面临的技术问题,指出了油基钻井液防漏堵漏理论与技术发展方向。 The paper introduces the plugging mechanism and the current situation of oil-based drilling fluid lost circulation prevention and control technology.Plugging mechanism is mainly divided into rigid block theory,flexible seal theory,and the formation pressure improvement theory.Lost circulation prevention and control technology mainly includes physical plugging while drilling.Pressure sealing technology,and polymer gel plugging technology.Shortcomings of theories and technologies are analyzed,and technical problems of oil-based drilling fluid lost circulation prevention and control are discussed.Then,development directions of lost circulation prevention and control theory and technology of oil-based drilling fluid are pointed out.
