摘要
在核工业乏燃料后处理项目中,产生的α废物和高放废物将送至废物整备设施进行废物处置和暂存,其中穿地阀门作为高放废物,因结构复杂、数量多、放射性高,废物处理难度相对较大。为满足高放废物穿地阀门的处置要求,本文设计研究了一种阀门接收解体装置,结合穿地阀门结构特点及放射性水平分布特征,对穿地阀门采用自动、手动相结合的接收和解体方式,实现了对穿地阀门的接收、分段解体及装桶暂存的完整处置流程,为后续穿地阀废物处理方法的设计和优化提供基础和指导。
In the spent fuel reprocessing project of nuclear industry,the α waste and high-level waste will be sent to the waste preparation facilities for waste disposal and temporary storage.The ground valve is used as high-level waste.Due to its complex structure,large quantity and high radioactivity,the waste treatment is relatively difficult.In order to meet the disposal requirements of the ground penetrating valve of high-level radioactive waste,a valve receiving and disassembly device is designed and studied in this paper.Combined with the structural characteristics and radioactive level distribution characteristics of the ground penetrating valve,the automatic and manual receiving and disassembly mode is adopted for the ground penetrating valve,which realizes the complete disposal process of receiving,segmented disassembly and bucket temporary storage of the ground penetrating valve.It provides basis and guidance for the design and optimization of subsequent ground valve waste treatment methods.
