全面从严治党视域下医疗系统纪检监察部门履职情况及对策研究——以Z市二级以上公立医院为例

On the Performance and Countermeasures of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Departments of the Medical System from the Perspective of Comprehensively and Strictly Governing the Party:Taking Public Hospitals above the Second Level in City Z for Exam

党的十九大报告提出健康中国战略,健康是人民幸福以及社会发展的重要保证。Z市二级及以上公立医院纪检监察部门在机构设置及人员配备、职责定位、履行主责主业等方面还存在一些问题,应通过公立医院内、外两个大的方面着手予以解决。期待Z市公立医院纪检监察部门能够不断提高自身履职能力水平,为保障医院各项工作的顺利开展特别是践行健康中国战略提供坚强的纪律保障。

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Healthy China.Health is an important guarantee for people’s happiness and social development.The discipline inspection and supervision departments of public hospitals at and above level 2 in City Z still have some problems in institutional setup,staffing,responsibility positioning,performance of main responsibility and main business,etc.,which should be solved through two major aspects,both inside and outside the public hospitals.It is expected that the discipline inspection and supervision departments of public hospitals in City Z can continuously improve their ability to perform their duties and provide a strong disciplinary guarantee for the smooth development of various work in the hospital,especially the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
