摘要
新时代高职思政教师肩负着重要的历史使命,面对泛娱乐化对思政教育教学带来的影响,需要重新审视角色,清晰定位,方能应对挑战。通过对南通师范高等专科学校学生进行抽样调查,了解泛娱乐化对思政课的影响以及学生对思政教师的角色期待,分析当下高职思政教师出现的重知识教育轻价值引导、重感官刺激轻理性思考、重单向传递轻沟通协同等角色偏差,进而对角色进行新定位,并提出实践路径。
Ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era shoulder an important historical mission.Facing the impact of pan-entertainment on ideological and political education and teaching,ideological and political teachers need to re-examine their roles and have a clear orientation in order to meet the challenges.A sample survey of students in Nantong Normal College helps to understand the impact of pan-entertainment on ideological and political courses and the role expectation of ideological and political teachers from the students.This paper analyzes the role deviations of current higher vocational ideological and political teachers in emphasizing knowledge education over value guidance,sensory stimulation over rational thinking,one-way transmission over communication and coordination.It also tries to reposition the teachers’role and puts forward the practicing path.
