摘要
新昌最早的产茶历史可以追溯到汉代,20世纪80年代珠茶滞销,当地政府大力推广“圆改扁”技术,大佛龙井逐渐名誉全国,至今在新昌经济发展中占有重要的地位。然而,新昌茶产业的发展目前仍面临着茶园抗灾受冻能力弱、产业化水平低等问题。通过实地调查以及网络查阅,该文介绍了新昌县茶产业发展现状,分析了新昌地区茶叶产业的不足,并提出了促进新昌地区茶叶产业发展的对策建议。
The earliesttea production history of Xinchang can be traced back to the Han Dynasty.In the 1980s,with the unsalable sales of pearl tea,the government vigorously promoted the“round to flat”technology.Giant Buddha Dragon Well Tea radually became famous all over the country and now occupies an important position in the econom⁃ic development of Xinchang.However,the development of Xinchang tea industry still faces the problems of weak di⁃saster resistance and freezing resistance of tea gardens and low industrialization level.Through on-site investigation and suggestions and online consultation,this article introduces the development status of the tea industry in Xin⁃chang County,analyzes the shortcomings of the tea industry in Xinchang,and puts forward countermeasures to pro⁃mote the development of the tea industry inXinchang.
