摘要
为提高绿篱植物的扦插生长速度,缩短育苗周期,以4种常用基质为原料,按照不同体积比配制了4种不同配比的基质,通过对基质理化性质、插穗生根天数及质量的测定,分析不同配比基质对金钟花、法国冬青和大叶黄杨3种绿篱植物扦插的影响,以筛选适合作为扦插的基质。采用珍珠岩、砻糠灰、草炭∶珍珠岩7∶3、草炭∶砻糠灰7∶34种不同的基质对金钟花、法国冬青和大叶黄杨进行扦插试验,结果表明,金钟花与法国冬青在混合基质草炭∶珍珠岩=7∶3中生根率最高,分别可达到90%和75%;大叶黄杨在砻糠灰中生根率最高,可达到83%,大叶黄杨扦插在碱性基质有利于生根;而法国冬青扦插在偏酸性基质有利生根,金钟花的扦插基质pH范围较广,从pH值5.6~8.8都能生根,且生根率均达到80%以上。珍珠岩不适合作为扦插基质单独使用,应与草炭按一定比例混合使用。
In order to improve the cutting growth speed of hedgerow and shorten the period of raising seedlings,4 kinds of substrates with different volume ratio were prepared with 4 kinds of commonly used substrates as raw materi⁃als,the effects of different media on the cutting of three hedgerows,Forsythia viridissima,Ilex Franch and Buxus Megistophylla,were analyzed by measuring the physical and chemical properties of media,rooting days and quality of cuttings,in order to select suitable media for cutting.Using perlite,husk Ash.Mixed Media(1)peat∶Perlite 7∶3,Mixed Media(2)peat∶Husk Ash 7∶3,four different media were used to cuttage Forsythia Viridissima,Ilex Glauca and Buxus megistophylla,the rooting rate of Forsythia viridissima and Ilex Franch was the highest in the mixed medi⁃um of peat∶Perlite=7∶3,which could reach 90%and 75%respectively;the rooting rate of Buxus Megistophylla in Husk ash could reach 83%,and the rooting rate of Buxus megistophylla cuttings in alkaline medium was favorable The pH range of Forsythia viridissima′s medium is wide,from pH 5.6 to 8.8,and the rooting rate is over 80%.Perlite is not suitable to be used alone as cutting substrate,it should be mixed with peat in a certain proportion.
