开化山泉流水养鱼系统是开化地区农耕文明时代的历史遗存,为当地创造了重要的经济、文化和生态价值,已被列为中国重要农业文化遗产。该文从山泉流水养鱼的应用价值出发,对养殖技术革新与系统优化、农业文化遗产与生态保护、农业品牌建设与产业融合等提出发展建议,以期提升山泉流水养鱼的综合效益,有效传承农业文化遗产。

The Kaihua mountain spring water fish farming system is a historical relic from the agricultural civiliza⁃tion era in this area.It has created important economic,technological,cultural and ecological values for the local ar⁃ea and has been listed as an important agricultural cultural heritage in China.Starting from the application value of mountain spring water fish farming,this paper puts forward development suggestions on breeding technology innova⁃tion and system optimization,agricultural cultural heritage and ecological protection,agricultural brand building and industrial integration,in order to improve the comprehensive benefits of running water fish farming and effectively in⁃heriting agricultural cultural heritage.
