Determination of the Content Aluminium in Tea Produced by Yichang and Its Soaking Solution by ICP-OES

摘要 采用ICP-OES法,加硝酸后用微波消解茶叶,检测宜昌茶叶及其浸泡液中铝元素含量。加标回收率在97.9%~99.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%~2.8%。结果表明,宜昌茶叶中含有一定含量的铝元素,不同种类的茶叶中所含的铝有一定的差异,而其浸泡液因浸泡次数和时间的不同,也有一定量的铝溶出。实验中采用测定回收率办法,保证了所测数据的准确性。 The experiment determines the content of aluminum in different tea produced by Yichang and its soaking solution by ICP-OES method,with nitric acid and microwave digestion.The recovery rate was from 97.9%to 99.8%and the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determination were from 1.5%to 2.8%.It is shown that the tea pro⁃duced by Yichang contains a certain amount of aluminum,which vary according to different types of teas and their content measured in soaking solution are influenced by immersion frequency or time.The accuracy of measurements is ensured by determining the recovery rate.
